The applications for Fiscal Year 2026 Programmatic Spending requests are now open. Applications are due by May 2nd 2025.

Programmatic spending items are funding requests for national and regional programs and/or bill report language requesting an Agency or Department to carry out an action.  

Good examples of programmatic requests are funding or language requests pertaining to programs that are included in the President’s budget request.
