Programmatic requests consist of requests to change or maintain funding levels for specific federal programs and agencies that may support programs in New Jersey. Programmatic requests may also consist of report language to direct, encourage, or urge a federal agency or department to carry out a desired action.

Programmatic requests are NOT funding requests for specific local projects. Any CDS Requests submitted through the Programmatic Requests Form will NOT be considered.
