Senator Booker is happy to partner again with Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. and Congressman Frank LoBiondo to announce two Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) Program Workshops. FEMA’s AFG program awards grants directly to fire departments to obtain critically needed resources to protect the public, train emergency personnel, and foster interoperability and support community resilience. Workshops will be led by FEMA’s fire program specialists who will provide grant writing tips and answer any questions or concerns.
